Organizing Meeting
The organizing meeting for the Elkhart Lake
Historic Race Circuits Preservation Society will take place on Wednesday, July
16, 2008 at Siebkens Historic Resort. The meeting is open to anyone interested
in preservation of the historic race circuits and/or membership in the Society.

Cash Bar
A cash bar opens at 6PM in the Siebkens Saloon or
the Main Dining Room. Come early and enjoy the fellowship of fellow history and
sports car lovers. (The cash bar will also be open after the meeting.)
Membership Enrollment
If you are not already a member of the Society,
membership enrollment will be taking place in the Main Dining Room from 6PM
until 9PM.
Dinner
Dinner will be served in the Main Dining Room
starting at 7PM.

Seared tenderloin filet topped with a mushroom duxelles and
baked in a puff pastry. Finished with a mushroom wine sauce.
